  1. I just learned that sleeping on one's right side increases acid reflux but the left side can (slightly) increase heart attack risk.

    The conclusion? Our bodies hate us.

  3. It apparently doesn't matter what position you sleep in, it is bad for something. I am dealing with a pinched nerve in my neck right now, so it doesn't matter how I sit, stand or lie down, I am in pain. Went to Chirpractor yesterday, got an adjustment, think at times it might be better or that could be the copious amounts of Advil I am ingesting. Sorry, saw the topic and had to whine, Nick.

  7. Bruxism can be controlled. There are proper sleep techniques you can adapt.
